- Fill in the form with as much detail as possible
- One of our friendly staff members will be in contact with you shortly after we receive your booking confirmation so that payment can be arranged and class times can be confirmed.
The amount of classes are determined by the package of your choice.
For customized packages with your own amount of lessons, please send us a message by clicking on the “Get in Touch’ button on the home page.

Click the pricing button on the Home Page menu, choose your package and send the message. One of our friendly staff members will be in contact to arrange payment.
You can either pay directly with your debit/credit card or do a payment through PayPal.
In case you struggle, send us a quick whatsapp and someone will be in contact with you to assist you.
The tutor that is assigned to you will send you a class confirmation email.

Off course it is possible to reschedule your class. At THS we all know that sometimes unexpected situations appear.
To reschedule you can contact us via whatsapp or send an email to your tutor. Someone will be in touch to help you reschedule your class to a more suitable time, and/or date.
Before you cancel your booking, please talk to us by simply sending us a message.
We love hearing from our students to understand why they would like to cancel. We appreciate your feedback and are always here to assist.
You can cancel your class up to 8 hours before the time, please keep this in mind when you plan your schedule.
When you cancel your class we will send you an email notification.
You can only book English classes through our online booking system.
If you experience a problem during your booking process, please contact us directly on whatsapp.
Yes, we require full payment in advance depending on the class package of your choice.
Please send us a whatsapp and one of the THS team members will be in touch with you shortly after to assist.
You can cancel your booking up to 8 hours before your upcoming class. This allows for our tutors to assist other students that are available over the time that you can’t make it.
Unfortunately we can not do refunds or reschedules after the 8 hours.
